Results Are Important!

One of the most important questions you should ask a realtor that you are interviewing for the job of selling your home is for recent results.  Have the realtor give you a print out showing you the address of the home sold, the number of days taken to sell the home, and the percentage of asking price the home actually sold for.  Also get the number of homes the realtor listed but failed to sell before the listing expired.  Compare their results to ours.
